Convio
Convio is the leading provider of software and services for nonprofit organizations. Their list of clients reads like the Who’s Who of nonprofits, including premier groups such as American Red Cross, American Diabetes Association, Susan G. Koman for the Cure and ASPCA. Still, they had a target list of organizations with whom they wanted to build long-term relationships.
RightNow
RightNow delivers on demand CRM software and services that help companies create the best possible experience for their customers while reducing costs. In 2007 RightNow added extra focus to its marketing activities by pinpointing 1,600 organizations that represented the best fit for RightNow’s expertise and services – and they asked Dunthorpe Marketing Group to develop a sustained marketing program that would build awareness, and position RightNow as the thought-leader in the on demand CRM space.
Centennial Software
Centennial Software is a developer of business solutions that helps organizations meet IT governance goals through the management of IT assets and protection of the corporate network against both external and internal risks. Dunthorpe Marketing Group was retained to create a lead generation program for DeviceWall, a solution that improves network security by locking down the unauthorized use of removable media devices, such as USB sticks, MP3 players and PDAs.
Serena Software
Serena Software works with programmers, IT executives, business analysts and users to support Application Lifecycle Management in many of the Fortune 100 companies. In this project Dunthorpe Marketing Group went online to promote a series of webinars targeting IT project managers. With a combination of online advertising on special interest sites, newsletter sponsorship and email to a highly targeted list, Dunthorpe and Serena generated the goal volume of webinar registrants. Dunthorpe then took it a step further and used its telemarketing services to convert webinar registrants to valuable sales appointments.
Sage Software
As the economy started to slow in the spring of 2008, Sage had a list of 900 key targets that they wanted to be sure they continued moving through the funnel. Sage wanted to regenerate interest by educating these key targets on the cost benefits of software to overcome their objections.
Lewis and Clark Bank
Lewis and Clark Bank was established as a commercial bank in 2006 serving the Portland metro area from its headquarters in Oregon City. The founders of the bank had a clear vision: this would be a truly local bank where decisions would be based on interactions with the community and an understanding of local needs and circumstances. Dunthorpe Marketing Group was tasked with creating a graphical representation of that vision starting with the company logo, brand guidelines, corporate website and collateral. As the Bank's needs grew, Dunthorpe created tactical promotions via print advertising, consumer inserts, and direct mail to support customer acquisition goals.
